Renaissance Capital reported that 30 U.S. equity IPOs and direct listings (market cap of $50 million or above) came to market in Q3’26, down from 64 in Q3’25. The group raised $32.8 billion, up from $15.3 billion over the period last year. One mega deal drove most of the quarter’s raise, adding $26.5 billion to the tally.
