For today’s “Three on Thursday,” we take a closer look at the global electric vehicle (EV) market—an industry growing at breakneck speed, but in ways that may surprise you. In 2024, worldwide EV unit sales topped 17 million, and in 2025 they’re on pace to exceed 20 million, meaning nearly one in four new cars sold this year will be electric.
