  Congress May be Heading toward Extending Tax Cuts for All
Earlier this week, our Monday Morning Outlook focused on the increasing likelihood of an extension of lower income tax rates as well as tax rates on dividends and capital gains.  A press report out Thursday adds to the case that the tax cuts enacted in 2001 and 2003 will be extended for at least another year, although the timing of such legislative action is still up in the air.
