Investment Objective/Strategy - The investment objective of the FT Vest U.S. Equity Buffer & Digital Return ETF - October (the "Fund") is to seek to provide Investors with a buffer against the first 10% of losses on the price returns of the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF") while also providing a predetermined return level ("digital return") that is approximately 8.80% (before fees and expenses) if the Underlying ETF appreciates in price, remains unchanged or decreases in price by 10% or less, over the period from October 20, 2025 through October 16, 2026.
There can be no assurance that the Fund's investment objectives will be achieved.

Buffer - The amount of downside protection the fund seeks to provide if held for the full Target Outcome Period.

Starting Fund Value - The Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Fund at the start of the Target Outcome Period.

Starting Reference Asset Value - The value of the Reference Asset at the start of the Target Outcome Period.

Digital Return End % - The maximum price return decline of the Reference Asset at which the Fund will still receive the Digital Return. If the price return of the Reference Asset falls below this level, the Fund will incur a loss that matches the decline in the Reference Asset on a one-to-one basis.

Buffer Start / Buffer End - The percent shown represents the range of losses on the price return of the Reference Asset, before fees and expenses, that the buffer seeks to protect against. The values represent the reference asset values that trigger the start and end of the Buffer range.

Remaining Outcome Period - The number of days remaining until the end of the Outcome Period.
|
|
Fund Value/Return - The value and the price return of the Fund since the start of the Outcome Period.

Reference Asset/Value Return - The value and the price return of the Reference Asset since the start of the Outcome Period.

Remaining Digital Return - The current amount of the Fund’s stated Digital Return remaining based on the Fund’s current value.
