In February 2026, the Supreme Court ruled that President Trump’s tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) were unlawful. Shortly thereafter a judge ordered U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to begin issuing refunds “immediately.” In this week’s “Three on Thursday” we examine how the refund process is progressing.
