Renaissance Capital reported that a total of 35 equity IPOs (market caps of $50 million or above) were priced in the U.S. in Q1'26, down from 53 over the same period in 2025. The 35 companies priced in Q1'26 raised a combined $9.9 billion, up from $8.5 billion in Q1'25. Twenty-two IPOs raised $100 million or more during the most recent quarter.
